RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐廢氣凈化系統,又稱蓄熱式熱氧化爐,是一種熱能轉換設備。它利用陶瓷蓄熱體作為熱能儲存和交換的媒介,通過蓄熱和放熱過程,實現有機廢氣的熱氧化分解。
RTO regenerative incinerator exhaust gas purification system, also known as regenerative thermal oxidation furnace, is a type of thermal energy conversion equipment. It uses ceramic heat storage as a medium for thermal energy storage and exchange, achieving thermal oxidation and decomposition of organic waste gas through heat storage and release processes.
二、工作原理

RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐廢氣凈化系統的工作原理如下:
The working principle of the RTO regenerative incinerator exhaust gas purification system is as follows:
廢氣通過引風機進入蓄熱室1進行預熱,利用陶瓷蓄熱體回收的熱量,使廢氣溫度升高至接近熱氧化溫度。
The exhaust gas enters the heat storage chamber 1 through the induced draft fan for preheating, and the heat recovered by the ceramic heat storage body is used to raise the exhaust gas temperature to near the thermal oxidation temperature.
預熱后的廢氣進入燃燒室進行熱氧化,使有機廢氣中的VOC氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。這一過程中,燃燒器燃燒補充熱量,使廢氣升至設定的氧化溫度(通常為730~780℃)。
The preheated exhaust gas enters the combustion chamber for thermal oxidation, which oxidizes and decomposes the VOCs in the organic exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water. During this process, the burner burns to supplement heat and raise the exhaust gas to the set oxidation temperature (usually 730-780 ℃).
氧化后的高溫氣體經過另一蓄熱室2進行熱量交換,溫度降低后排放至大氣。與此同時,蓄熱室2的蓄熱體吸熱,為下一個循環(huán)加熱新輸入的低溫廢氣做準備。
The high-temperature gas after oxidation undergoes heat exchange in another heat storage chamber 2, and is discharged into the atmosphere after the temperature is reduced. At the same time, the heat storage body of heat storage chamber 2 absorbs heat, preparing for the next cycle to heat the newly input low-temperature exhaust gas.
引入部分凈化后的氣體對蓄熱室3進行吹掃,清除可能殘留的有機物質,為下一輪熱交換做準備。
Introduce partially purified gas to blow the heat storage chamber 3, removing any residual organic substances and preparing for the next round of heat exchange.
整個過程中,蓄熱室通過切換閥或旋轉裝置進行切換,分別進行吸熱和放熱,實現連續(xù)工作。

四、應用領域
4、 Application Fields
RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐廢氣凈化系統廣泛應用于石油及化工(如塑料、橡膠、合成纖維、有機化工)、油漆生產及噴漆、印刷(包括印鐵、印紙、印塑料)、電子元件及電線、及染料、醫(yī)藥、顯像管、膠片、磁帶等行業(yè)。這些行業(yè)產生的廢氣經過RTO系統處理后,可達到廢氣綜合排放標準,直接排放至大氣中。
The RTO regenerative incinerator exhaust gas purification system is widely used in industries such as petroleum and chemical (such as plastics, rubber, synthetic fibers, organic chemicals), paint production and spraying, printing (including printing iron, printing paper, printing plastics), electronic components and wires, as well as dyes, pharmaceuticals, cathode ray tubes, films, tapes, etc. After being treated by the RTO system, the exhaust gases generated by these industries can meet the comprehensive emission standards and be directly discharged into the atmosphere.
